• With our Gold Support Plan you don’t have to worry about a thing! As with all things in life nothing is perfect so why get stuck paying full price if there is an issue. Feel free to call or email with questions or problems and one of our friendly tech will be more than happy to help.
• Included is our system monitoring service. We monitor your entire system for issues and overall health! When we see a issue we can call, text or email you to notify you and if is repairable remotely will just go ahead and fix it before you even know there was a problem!
• You get our internet monitoring service. With that we verify your internet is up and running 24/7 and can notify you via text or email when something happens. With our Silver and Gold plans we can even go as far as to call your service provider to get them started on fixing things so you don’t even have to lift a finger.
• You get unlimited updates to your system. What this means is if there is a bug with something or they come out with new features with a plugin then we will just go ahead and do the update/upgrade for you and notify you of any new features you may have access to.
• You get unlimited changes and updates ($25/hr value) to the apps on every device you have. If we add a new device to your system or you simply don’t like how things are laid out just let us know and we will work with you to get it exactly how you want it. Also if there are any updates to the server that your apps connect to at home then we will update it as well.
• You get 2 annual visits from us to come over and check on everything with the system. We will adjust cameras and clean the lenses, check and adjust sensors, change battery’s on devices and talk to you about how things are working for you with the system and address any concerns you may have.
• Lastly you get unlimited service calls ($50/hr value). So if you need something fixed and we have to come out, don’t worry because it is free!
